Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada Standard: 5–10 business days
  • Canada Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. The current threshold is displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
