Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number at the emails below.

After 24 Hours

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once you receive your item.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
